Data deletion

This page confirms data-deletion requests for the Envola service.

You can remove the data we hold for a connected account at any time:

• From inside Envola — open the account and choose Disconnect. This deletes its stored access tokens, profile and collected metrics immediately.
• From the platform — removing the app from your Instagram or Threads settings triggers an automatic deletion, and you are returned a confirmation code you can check here.
• By email — write to hello@envola.app and we will delete your account and all associated data.
