This app writes a post once and publishes it to your Instagram, Threads, YouTube and TikTok accounts — immediately or on a schedule — then collects the numbers each platform reports afterwards.
Everything begins in the Accounts panel: choose Continue with… and sign in to that platform. We only ask for permission to publish the posts you create and to read the statistics on them, and you can disconnect an account at any time (open it, then Disconnect — that deletes its saved access, profile and collected numbers).
Each account can be given a name you recognise and a language. The language is what lets you say "post this to all my French accounts" in one click, and it drives the translation feature below.
Everyone in this workspace shares everything. Accounts, media, the schedule and the statistics are the same for every person who signs in — there is no per-person private area.
After sending you land on Posts, watching the thing you just sent. Each account gets its own line with its own status, because a post can succeed on one platform and fail on another.
To move a scheduled post, drag it to another day in Calendar, or use Reschedule on its row. Pause takes a scheduled post out of the queue without deleting it; give it a new time to send it again.
Under Create, Import from a spreadsheet takes a CSV of posts. Download the template, fill it in, and check the file before importing — the whole file is validated first, so nothing is created if a row is wrong.
You can put the date and the language in the file name and the app will
fill in the rest. A file called 2026-07-28-fr.mp4 is understood
as the French version, meant for 28 July: uploading it sets its
language, and choosing it in Create selects your French accounts and sets
that date for you.

Without one, 09:00 is used.The language must be its own piece of the name, separated by
-, _, . or a space — so
promo-teaser.mp4 is not read as Spanish. Whatever the
app fills in is stated underneath the file with an Undo, and it never
overwrites a choice you made yourself.
A failure is retried automatically up to five times, waiting longer each time. When a platform tells us exactly when it will accept work again, we wait for precisely that moment instead of guessing.
These are the platforms' rules, not ours — the app enforces them before sending so you find out now rather than after a failed upload.
YouTube may ask you to reconnect every 7 days. While the Google app is in testing mode, Google expires its permission weekly. The alert at the top of the page tells you when, and reconnecting takes one click.
Each account publishes in one language (French, English, Arabic or Spanish). Write your post once and press Translate for each language: each language gets its own version of the caption, and every account receives the one that matches it.
It is a translation, not a rewrite. The meaning, the facts, the order, the line breaks and the emoji all stay as you wrote them. Your hashtags are translated but kept — the app never invents new ones and never drops yours. You can edit any language's version before sending. Arabic text is written right-to-left in the editor.
If translation is switched off, the button says so; your original caption still goes to every account.
Numbers are collected once a day, in the early morning, for everything you published through the app. You can also fetch them immediately from a published post with View stats.
A dash means "not reported yet", never zero. A gap in a chart is a day we have no reading for — joining it up would draw growth that did not happen.
Each platform is charted separately and on its own scale, because a "view" does not mean the same thing on YouTube as on Instagram. Charts show the running total we know about as of each day. Everything in a chart is also in the table underneath, and CSV downloads it.
Everyone signed in sees and edits the same accounts, media, schedule and statistics. Roles only control the extras:
One account is the owner — whoever set this up. No one else can change or delete it. Disable blocks someone from signing in but keeps their work and is reversible; Delete is not.
Anything needing you appears in the coloured band at the top of every page, so you never have to go looking for it.
